Unfriendly service and my 2 parts were both not fresh. An outrage, even though I always go there. Fortunately there is also a bakery opposite

My favorite branch in Mainz! Cozy, small bakery, which is very conveniently located. The staff here are in good spirits, friendly and service-oriented without exception. Incidentally, the fact that there is no toilet in a small bakery cafe is quite normal and in no way justifies a one-star rating. I call it foreign to the world.

Best Werner in Mainz. The staff is consistently friendly, quick and professional. Unlike other bakers, there is always a piece of croissant for the little ones. Even on Sunday morning, the baker is well stocked from the opening. We always like to come back.

Bakery products taste good, coffee too☕👍 These are there to go, but also to drink on the spot. You can sit inside and outside😉👍 I have always found the sales assistants to be very friendly and attentive. They also have a large offer with sandwiches and yogurts.
